VBS + Sports Camp kicks off TONIGHT at UBC, and we can't wait to see everyone!

📍 Check-in and registration begin at 5:45 PM
⏰ VBS runs from 6:00–8:45 PM

A few reminders:

📖 Bring your Bible if you have one.
⚾ If you're participating in Baseball or Softball, please bring your glove.
🏀🎨 All skill levels are welcome—no experience needed!

Haven't registered yet?

No problem! While preregistration helps us prepare and place kids in their preferred sport or activity, walk-in registration is welcome each night.

Whether you've already signed up or are deciding at the last minute, we'd love to have you join us for an exciting week of faith, friendship, sports, art, and fun!

🌿🏀 Coach Spotlight Addition! 🏀🌿

We realized we missed introducing one of our amazing coaches in our last post, and we definitely don’t want anyone to miss out on meeting another great leader who will be investing in our kids during VBS + Sports Camp at UBC! 👏💚

We are so thankful for all of the coaches, volunteers, and leaders helping make this week fun, encouraging, and Christ-centered for every child who attends.

⏳ VBS + Sports Camp starts THIS WEEK!

If you haven’t preregistered yet, now is the perfect time! Preregistration helps us plan groups and gives your child the best opportunity to participate in the sport or activity they want most.

BUT — if you haven’t signed up yet, don’t worry! Walk-in registration will still be available each night.

We are just ONE WEEK away from an incredible week of fun, faith, friendship, sports, and worship—and we can’t wait! 🏀🎨⚾🎶

We’re also excited to introduce some of our amazing coaches and leaders who will be helping guide, encourage, and invest in your kids throughout the week! Be sure to check out the photos below and help us show them some love in the comments! 👏💚

VBS is less than one month away! Don't forget to register by May 15th for an opportunity to get a gift basket full of rainforest goodies! Register at: ubchannah.com/events

🌿🏀🎨 What can your child expect at this year’s VBS + Sports Camp at UBC?

Each evening will be packed with fun, faith, friendship, and plenty of activity!

After check-in, kids will:
🍽 Enjoy supper in the Social Hall
👫 Meet up with their crew leader and group for the week
🎶 Join everyone in the sanctuary for worship and an interactive Bible lesson

After worship, kids will break into their chosen sports or art groups where coaches and leaders will teach skills through fun drills and activities—all while reinforcing the Bible lesson and memory verse of the day.

🏀 No sports experience is needed—all skill levels are welcome!

🌟 Preschool, 4K, and 5K children will enjoy a format designed especially for their age group between worship sessions. They’ll get to experience a different sport each night while also participating in arts and crafts activities.

Throughout the evening, 1st-6th graders will spend time in smaller groups talking about what they’ve learned, building friendships, and encouraging one another.

We’ll wrap up each night back in the sanctuary with worship, review, and excitement for the next day!

💚 Our goal is for every child to feel welcomed, encouraged, loved, and excited to come back each night.

And yes… they’ll probably sleep REALLY well afterward 😄
