Have you visited our on-site Farm Store yet? We are fully stocked with our grass-fed, grass-finished beef, pork from our pasture-raised hogs fed a non-GMO diet, fresh eggs from our flock, and dryer balls made from wool from our sheep. You’ll also find a variety of local products including candles, soaps, body scrubs, and more!

The Farm Store is open during regular farm hours. This weekend, stop by Friday–Sunday from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM to shop local and support the farm!

Love working with kids, being outdoors, and spending your summer around horses? Join our Summer Camp team at The Children’s Farm at The Center in Palos Park, IL!
Our Ranch Camp counselors lead hands-on horseback riding lessons and trail rides alongside classic camp activities, all while living and working in a beautiful, nature-filled setting.
As a Wrangler, you’ll teach beginner riding lessons, support horse activities, and lead grooming, tacking, and basic horsemanship instruction while promoting safe riding practices. You’ll also assist with daily barn routines and collaborate closely with farm managers to support the health and well-being of our herd.
If you’re 18+ and passionate about horses and youth development, we’d love to meet you! If you know a qualified candidate, send them our way!

Teens will spend their days exploring our beautiful farm and forests while building confidence, friendships, and lifelong skills!

Teen Camp Opportunities Include:
Ranch Camp – Ride, groom, and care for horses while learning real horsemanship skills.
Outdoor Adventure for Teens (OATS) – Hiking, camping, teamwork challenges, and outdoor exploration.
Teen Leadership Week – Build leadership skills to help guide younger campers and participating in meaningful camp activities.

Don’t wait! Registration is open for our Late Spring Youth Farm Programs at the Children’s Farm. We still have a handful of openings in our 3-5 year old and 6-10 year old Junior Farmers classes and Farmers in Training classes. This session is always a favorite as the farm comes to life with vibrant plants, adorable baby animals, and endless outdoor adventures.

Kids will get their hands dirty planting seeds, caring for animals, exploring nature, and making unforgettable memories on the farm. Our Late Spring session is full of hands-on learning!

The freezers and shelves are FULL again at the farm! If you didn't know, our farm proudly raises grass-finished beef and non-GMO fed pork right here on our land, so you can know exactly where your food comes from and how it was raised.

Now Restocked:
• All Beef & Pork cuts: Roasts, Steaks, Chops, Sausages, Bacon, etc!
• Jerky & snack sticks
