You depend on me to look & feel great, in turn, I depend on you for my livelihood.

Please read below and discuss any concerns with me at your next appointment.

This policy is in effect as of October 1, 2018

😢NO SHOW = you will be charged the cost of your original appointment and this must be paid BEFORE your next appointment.

🤨CANCELLATION less than 12hrs notice = you will be charged 50% of your original appointment cost and this fee must be paid BEFORE your next apppointment.

Each client receives an email &/or text message 2 days prior to an appointment and a request to CONFIRM, this is then followed by a reminder 2hrs prior to the appointment.

And remember, the Salon telephone takes messages 24/7 and I welcome you to leave a message for me any time of the day or night. 📞413-284-4425
