In December of 2007, Pastor Carter and his wife, Pamelia, stepped out on faith and founded “No Limits Outreach Ministries”. The ministry started with First Lady Pamelia Carter, Pastor Oliver Carter and Evangelist Audrey Cunningham. No Limits moved into its own building the following week and God increased the ministry immediately. No Limits currently has over 30 members with most of them being new

converts or those who have re-dedicated themselves back to Christ. No Limits does not consider itself a “Traditional Church”. We have people that belong to other churches who fellowship with us on a weekly basis. We have those who have been hurt or damaged by people or organizations and we have people who don’t fit the normal Sunday 11am service. This was Pastor Carter’s prayer when he first started the ministry, “that God would send a people of no people and allow the word of God to mature and make soldiers out of them”.
