At Our Saviors-Palm Springs, we desire to establish a culture where each person is trained in their spiritual gifts and given opportunities to explore and test out those gifts in service to the Church and the Community. eful service is most effective when it is born out of a "missional community" approach. This lifestyle approach to living out the Christian life involves Small groups within the Church doing Life-on-Life with one another as they pray, care, share and move out as one to bring Christ to the community around them. The Involvement Ministry here at Our Saviors helps people to get connected with others and develop relationships while serving alongside one another.
