Last week we studied the Arrest and Betrayal of Jesus. We saw that He was in control of the entire situation. Facing arrest Jesus came forward in His own willingness and volition. He came forward with the authority because He came forward as the I AM. & He came forward caringly to protect those He was with (the 11) and because He had to absorb the wrath of those He loves. 💛
