This week we’ll study Colossians 3:15–17, where Paul encourages believers to let the peace of Christ rule in their hearts and to live in unity with thankfulness. We’ll look at what it means to let the Word of Christ dwell richly among us through teaching, encouragement, and worship, and how every part of our lives, can be done in the name of Jesus with gratitude! We’re looking for an Associate Pastor of Gathered Worship + Family Ministry.

This role helps shape a Christ-centered, theologically grounded, and missionally engaging Sunday gathering at Bay Cities Fellowship. It also leads our family ministries throughout the week, bringing together kids, students, college & young adults, volunteer teams, and outreach under one unified vision.

The heart of this role is helping people move from first connection to deep belonging by creating a worship and family environment that is spiritually warm, well-led, and focused on disciple-making.
