What a wonderful addition to have a bench now at the Cross on the Hill. Thank you Andrew and your team of volunteers!

A group of scouts and other volunteers helped local Eagle Scout candidate Andrew Nelson install a "reflecting bench" on the top of the popular "Cross Hike" in Palm Desert over the weekend. The scouts carried the bench, which weighed over 200 pounds, up the trail. It took about five hours to install....

Unfortunately the cross was vandalized and someone cut the power line. Hope to have repaired by this weekend.

Hello from St. Margaret's Church. You all may have noticed the Cross on the Hill dark for the past week or so.....Unfortunately once again someone thought to vandalize the solar panels that power the lights. Hot Purple Solar is doing their best to repair the existing panels and get the Cross lit again by this weekend!! Their team is also working on some way to protect the panels in a better way or maybe move them further away which will cost more money but we will make it happen!!!
Thank you to the community that loves the Cross and continue to pray for a FIX for this and keeping the Light shining Brightly!!!
