Celebrate Recovery is a Christ centered recovery program. It is a safe place for people to find healing for life's hurts-hang-ups and habits. Thursdays 7:00pm.

Celebration Place and The Landing for Middle School are available from 6:45 - 9:00pm

This Thursday it’s Lesson time and we’re focusing on Part 2 of our Spiritual Inventory.

Why is that important and exciting? Because being in recovery is not only about shedding ourselves off our past hurts and hang ups, but also to find freedom to believe that we can raise our potential and do things we may never thought we’d be capable of doing. Especially when we do it for Jesus and to make a difference in other’s lives.

So be there to learn about your own personal journey and support Rachel as she’ll be sharing the lesson.

It’s Lesson Night this Thursday : Lesson 10, Spiritual Inventory Part 1 addresses Principle 4 Step 4. Are we ready to take a spiritual inventory?
Mark will be unpacking this lesson for us this week and challenge us to look at what in our lives is interfering with us doing God’s work.

It’s Testimony Thursday this week and we’re excited as Holly will be sharing her testimony for the first time! It is also Dinner and Chip Night, so I hope you can be there for some good Italian food, Chip Night and to hear Holly’s story of God’s redemptive spirit working in her life.

Ever taken a pen and written about the people and events that have had an influence on your life and who you are today?
Making a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves is what Step 4 asks of us. This Thursday at 7pm at CR at Hope Lutheran Church, Terry will be sharing with us the “Inventory” lesson and his personal experience of how going through it has changed his life.

If you’ve been on your recovery journey for a while you may be familiar with the challenge that comes with working through Step 4: “We made a searching and fearless inventory of ourselves.”
But if you have, you also know the amount of growth that we can experience through this challenge.
This Thursday David will be teaching Lesson 8: Moral and will be walking us through ways how we can continue to go forward through this challenge and process while experiencing victories and growth.

Have you ever had anyone in your life that was just a little bit ahead of you in this journey of life who walked with you, encouraged you and even was willing to speak truth into your life?
That is what a sponsor in recovery does and their role is a key component to our recovery.

Tomorrow is CR Thursday and Maundy Thursday (or Holy Thursday) the Christian holy day before Easter commemorating the Last Supper, where Jesus established the Eucharist and washed his disciples’ feet, symbolizing service and humility.
In celebration of that we will be having a special message by Pastor Gerald and we will be celebrating communion.

It’s Lesson Thursday and Terry will be teaching Lesson 6: Action!
We find ourselves at a critical juncture in our recovery as this Step 3 is requiring active work on our part; it’s requiring of us to take ACTION. It is time to focus on our willingness to follow Jesus with all parts of our lives so we can find the New Life God has waiting for us.
