The Royal Poinciana Chapel in Palm Beach, Florida is beginning a search for an Associate Pastor for Congregational Care, Communication, and Outreach.
We are seeking a ordained pastor of mature faith and gracious spirit, gifted in worship leadership, preaching, pastoral care, and clear, compassionate communication — including digital communication that helps extend the Chapel’s ministry beyond our walls. This colleague will join a supportive staff team and help guide a vibrant, intergenerational congregation committed to worship, service, and spiritual growth.
Compensation will be thoughtfully established considering the Chapel’s geographic context, the candidate’s experience, and responsibilities of the role.
