Brevard Latin Mass Society

Based in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Palm Bay, FL, we are dedicated to the promotion of the Traditional Latin Mass within Brevard County. It is our hope and prayer to bring this beautiful and reverent form of the Liturgy back to our community on a weekly basis, and to grow the number of parishes offering this Sacred Mass. There is much to be done to achieve this goal, and we will need assistance in many forms.

The most important way in which you can assist in this Holy Spirit inspired mission is to attend the Missa Cantata whenever you are able. We are currently celebrating this awe-inspiring High Mass on the first Sunday of every month, at 1:30 pm at St. Joseph’s on Babcock St. Your presence is the best indication to us that you also desire this form of sacred Liturgy.

We have several areas that require volunteers. We need Altar Servers, Sacristans, Ushers, Singers, and decorators to become part of our Altar Guild. Our Hospitality Committee could use helping hands with the shopping, setting up, and cleaning up of our fellowship gathering after Mass. We need volunteers to help with fundraising. And we need your help spreading the word that the Latin Mass has (finally!) returned to the Space Coast.

We are in need of more priests who are willing and able to celebrate this Mass. Please keep this intention in your prayers.
