Although TFPB is closed, the other TF gyms and FCA Fit Palm Bay will be doing a battle tomorrow in honor of our friend, Cathy. Times and locations for classes tomorrow (8/20) are listed below:

One of our amazing warriors got a devastating diagnosis a few weeks ago. If you feel led to help, we know she would truly be grateful. If nothing else, please keep her and her family in your prayers. She is an amazing warrior at the gym, and shows an amazing amount of support to all of us. Let’s support her during this time.
