We celebrate our Presiding Prelate! Congratulations to you, Bishop!

Today, we celebrate a remarkable milestone in the life of our leader.

Five years ago, Apostle James W. Byrd was elevated to the Episcopacy and affirmed as an Apostle of the Faith. What an extraordinary honor and privilege it has been to witness his unwavering commitment to serving the Lord and His Holy Church with humility, integrity, and grace.

While today is a celebration, it is also a reminder that this sacred office is not one of glamour or prestige, but of calling, charge, sacrifice, and responsibility. True Kingdom leadership carries the weight of obedience, service, and surrender. As Scripture reminds us, "Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful." (1 Corinthians 4:2, KJV)

Today also commemorates a historic honor bestowed upon our Apostle. In recognition of his elevation to the office of Bishop and his faithful service to the Kingdom and the community, July 17th was officially proclaimed "Apostle James W. Byrd Day" in the City of Palm Bay, Florida, by order of the Mayor.

Congratulations, Apostle! Thank you for answering the call, carrying the charge, and remaining faithful to the assignment. We honor your life, your leadership, and your continued "yes" to God.
