There are some things that God himself, through vindication for you, will severe/cutoff.

We are getting ready to enter a phase of rest. Does that mean that trouble, sickness, heartache, warfare and evil will stop? Absolutely not. But many have been distracted, consumed and confused by things and people that are closely connected to their lives hence effecting their destiny. It means you hold your “Peace” and let the Lord fight your battles.

Father is about to show up for you. But let me explain with more clarity. The rest I’m referencing is not the physical rest directly; the reprieve where all the above mentioned ceases. I’m talking about the resting in God to where you trust His process, righteousness and grace. It’s where you stop trying to fix everything according to your understanding and flow with what God is doing even when it doesn’t feel good or seem fair. It looks like you sitting ringside watching the fight without having to enter it….

Pruning I’m sure never feels good but it’s in the cutting away that the newness can spring forth. Clarity and peace replaces confusion and chaos. Some things will be cut out your life, but some things you will be cut out of to enter your rest. (At some point Abraham was side stepped so that S***m and Gomorrah could be dealt with.) that’s a whole message….

So out of your compassion, frustration, hurt, exhaustion, confusion etc, You are about to enter rest. Trust what He is doing and keep your eyes fixed. Psalms 91:7 says that a thousand people may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand, but the danger will not come near you.

We all have a choice to obey, align, adjust and walk this thing out according to His plan. The shaking is here. Stay focused, stay aligned and refuse to be in the number of those that fall out of the grace of God. And don’t wear yourself out trying to keep anyone from falling that made the choice to do so. Noah couldn’t stop building the boat to try to make people believe what God was about to do. God sorted that out. He built and entered his rest.

Choose to be sealed in God. Because in Him is the only way you will make it in the days ahead.

Was David blind with pride or something else?

Proverbs 21:2-4 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts. To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. A high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin.

David obviously knew what he had done. Even when Nathan came to him and laid the situation before him, he failed to see himself in it. God could have shown mercy but I believe because he was so oblivious and lacked mercy himself, God allowed him to execute the just judgement on himself.

It appears David had a heart issue not one related to judgement. Often times we can rightly judge a matter at face value but miss the heart reflection.

We often cry out Psalm 139:23-24; I believe when David wrote that, he had had an humbling experience and realized the importance of having a pure heart and clean hands along with good judgment.

The Apostolic grace demands maturity - especially when it comes to maturing from Convert to Disciple to Son.

Apostolic people understand divine timing and seasons. They are sensitive to the instructions for the season they are in and the seasons ahead and how Father is requiring them to function in those seasons.

Now let’s add these two statements together…

Luke 19:13 refers to a familiar statement that we hear “occupy until I come”. Apostolic people understand that this is more than just a statement - it is a mandate. We understand that our walk is not one that is passive, but we have been called to “root out and pull down, to destroy and to overthrow” and IMPORTANTLY “to build and to plant” (Jer 1:10). We are in a time of contending. We are literally in the midst of hostile takeover by the enemy. This is why it is critical that we be confident of our walk with him and our identity IN him.

We can’t afford for you (or me) to keep processing in the elementary things over and over again. Every week we starting and stopping. We gotta be refilled. We gotta be reactivated. We gotta be converted over and over again. We gotta say the sinners prayer over and over again.

No. This is a clear sign that we have not obtained maturity in our conversion, and these things destabilize the body, while enemy is steadily progressing and wreaking havoc in our families, communities, nations, and churches.

This is the hour that if we say we are the Ekklesia, we are mature in our walk with father so that we can carry out his will and mandate without all the hiccups and bumps. No this walk won’t be perfect, but sons understand their purpose and positioning, and they understand that there is no time to go back and suck on the ni**le when you should’ve been graduated to solids.
