With graduations taking place this week, youth service is canceled tonight as we celebrate some of our amazing graduates.

Youth was powerful tonight!

Games. Worship. The Word. And most importantly, time in God's presence.

Pastor Chris spoke on "A Line in the Sand" and challenged us to stop going back to the things God is calling us away from. Repentance isn't just feeling sorry-it's turning around and walking in a different direction.

We ended the night in prayer as students laid things down at the altar and made the decision to pursue what God has for their lives.

Some lines are worth drawing. Tonight was one of them.

Last night at youth we had such a good night together. Games, worship, laughs, hanging out, and a powerful word.

Pastor Chris continued our “Why Lord?” series and talked about one of the hardest things people wrestle with... why bad things happen to good people, and why sometimes it seems like people doing wrong still prosper. We talked about how life affects both the just and the unjust, but even when we don’t understand the why, God is still working.

Romans 8:28 reminded us that God can work ALL things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Even the hard seasons. Even the confusing ones.

So thankful for these students and the honest conversations we get to have together. 🤍
