What an incredible week at Emerald Crossing VBS!

Tonight, we learned that God's goodness and mercy follow His children every day and that those who belong to Jesus can look forward to living with Him forever.

"Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever."— Psalm 23:6

Thank you to all our volunteers, families, and children who made this week so special. We are praising God for all He has done through Emerald Crossing!

Tonight, we learned that God is our Provider and Protector. Just as David remembered God's goodness throughout his life, we were reminded that every good gift comes from God and that we can choose gratitude over grumbling.

"You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows." — Psalm 23:5

Tonight, we learned that even when life feels scary or uncertain, we can trust that God is with us. Just as God protected and guided David through difficult times, He is with us through every valley we face.

"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." Psalm 23:4

Tonight, we learned that God leads and guides His people on the right path through His Word. Just like David trusted God when facing Goliath, we can trust God's Word to lead us every day.

"He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake." Psalm 23:2–3

VBS Day 1: From Lost to Found!

Tonight we learned that Jesus is our Good Shepherd who loves us, cares for us, and seeks those who are lost.

"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want." — Psalm 23:1

Our kids discovered that the most important question they can ask is:
"Is the Lord my Shepherd?"

We can't wait to continue our adventure through Emerald Crossing tomorrow!
