Sunday Reflections ❤️

What a wonderful day in the Lord’s house yesterday! Worship was powerful, the fellowship was sweet, and it was encouraging to see so many gathered together to worship Jesus. There is something special about seeing God’s people united around His Word and His purpose.

Pastor Willie’s message challenged us to take an honest look in the mirror and ask ourselves what kind of church member we are. The heart of the message was simple: when we focus on our preferences, opinions, hurts, and frustrations, division follows. But when we focus on Jesus, we find grace, forgiveness, unity, and freedom. Through the blood of Christ, we can let go of bitterness, restore relationships, and break the cycles that have held generations captive.

This week, choose forgiveness. Choose grace. Choose to build up instead of tear down. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and be the kind of believer who brings unity, encouragement, and hope to those around you. There is a Harvest all around us 🌾

The countdown is on and it's time to prepare for liftoff!

Galaxy VBS is launching August 2–5 at Trinity Baptist Church, and we are inviting kids from across our community to join us for an out-of-this-world adventure as we discover the incredible love of God together. 🪐✨

🌟 Galaxy VBS is designed for children in Pre-K through 5th Grade, with dedicated crews for:

🚀 Pre-K
🛰️ Kindergarten–1st Grade
🌎 2nd–3rd Grade
⭐ 4th–5th Grade

Our Ministry Spotlight for June is Palatka Christian Service Center.

For decades, this ministry has been serving as a bridge between local churches, community partners, and neighbors facing crisis. Whether it’s food assistance, utility help, clothing, furniture, or connecting families with resources, they work every day to bring hope and stability to people throughout Putnam County.

Their mission is simple but powerful: meet immediate needs while helping people find a path forward.

On June 28, we’ll be taking up a special love offering to support the work they are doing in our community. Until then, join us in praying for their staff, volunteers, and the countless individuals and families they serve each year.

Sunday Reflections 🌊

What a great day in the Lord’s house yesterday! Worship was powerful, the congregation was engaged, and it was exciting to introduce our June Ministry Spotlight, Christian Service Center. We are thankful for ministries that faithfully serve our community and point people to the hope found in Christ. ❤️

Pastor Willie’s message, “Hooked on Discipleship,” challenged us to remember that following Jesus was never meant to be passive. When Jesus called His disciples, they immediately left their nets and followed Him. The same call still goes out today. Every believer has been called to share the Gospel, not just with the people we know, but with everyone God places in our path. The church is not the mission field, it is the launching pad. We are sent out to be fishers of men.

As you go through this week, pray for someone who needs Jesus. Ask God to open doors for Gospel conversations and give you the courage to walk through them. There is a Harvest all around us 🌾

Over the weekend, we had to say goodbye to Judy Bailey, a faithful member of Trinity Baptist Church for many years.

Judy loved her church, served faithfully, and was a blessing to so many throughout the years. While we will miss her dearly, we rejoice knowing she is now with her Savior.

Please keep her family and loved ones in your prayers during this time.

🚀 VBS is coming to Trinity Baptist Church!

Get ready to launch into an unforgettable adventure at GALAXY VBS, happening August 2–5, 2026. Kids will explore God’s love through exciting Bible lessons, music, games, crafts, and so much more.

Mark your calendars now because registration will be opening soon! We can’t wait to welcome children from across our community for an incredible week of fun, friendship, and growing in God’s Word.

We will also be holding a brief VBS volunteer meeting after a Sunday morning service in the coming weeks. If you’re interested in serving, keep an eye out for more details.

Our students are just 19 days away from Student Life Camp! 🎉

⛺ So much work, generosity, and support have been poured into helping send our students to camp, and our students and camp leaders cannot thank our church family enough ❤️

As we count down the days, we ask that you would be praying from now until the end of camp 🙏 — praying that lives are changed, faith grows deeper 🌱, friendships are strengthened 🤝, and unforgettable memories are made ✨

This year’s theme is Cultivate 🚜, combining two important themes of our church: Growth 🌿 and Harvest 🌾. We are believing God will do amazing things in the lives of our students during this week 🙌
We cannot wait to share our experience with everyone when we return! 💛

Last Sunday looked a little different as our church family gathered in two different places, but tomorrow we’ll all be back together under one roof!
