NW Franciscan Community of the IHM We are the Northwest Franciscan Community of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, a local fraternity (Palatine, IL) of the Secular Franciscan Order.

We are the Northwest Franciscan Community of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, a local fraternity of the Secular Franciscan Order. We gather at 7:30 p.m. on the second Monday of each month at St. Joseph’s Home, 80 W. Northwest Hwy., Palatine, Illinois. Established in 1961, our fraternity has members who have been professed for over 50 years, and others who have been professed for under 5 years. Our me

mbers range in age from 20s through 90s, come from all walks of life, and hold a variety of professions.
