Reach- To cause an individual to fall in love with Christ and begin a journey where we do life with them. Connect- Get them plugged into the body of Christ, making them feel as though they have found their place. Teach- Disciple,train, and equip them for life and Kingdom work. Effect- Set their life on fire for God and develop ministry minded individuals to fulfill the fivefold ministry in Ephesians 4:11 and in turn send them forth to repeat the vision.
