We want to give a huge thanks to the community at First Church Congregational for their kindness, warmth, and generosity. This is what was left last week of the many bags of food thoughtfully assembled for families in need and donated to HOLA. Thanks to FCC, United Way of Lake County, Painesville Lions Club, and all those who've donated food and turkeys, we've been able to assist 302 people in the past 10 days, helping fill a great need. 🧡🙏

Jesus reminded us that hope and love are choices. Jesus and the early disciples lived in a time where there was a lot of uncertainty and fear also. Your choices are full of power and influence...those who choose fear and hate want you to think you are powerless and your choices and voices don't matter. Nothing could be further from the truth. It is a courageous choice to choose love and hope over hate and fear, the harder vs. the easier path. One leads to life, the other leads to despair. You can be of love and hope if you choose to be!
