On the calendar:
- Jan 6: LWR quilting will begin for a 12-week session ending March 31
- Jan 18: Annual church meeting. The secretary’s position is open for nominations and election.

Our Christmas program was very well attended. There were numerous new faces that came to hear the Christmas story that was portrayed by our young people. A very special thanks to the various musicians and for all those who contributed to the Christmas bags.

The quilt making will start Tuesday, Jan 6, at 9AM. Volunteers are most welcome. Great news, last year LWR expanded its Quilt & Kit Ministry to include the U.S. since we have been hit with devastating fires, floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes. When Hurricanes Helene and Milton hit the east coast, more than 60,000 quilts and 76,000 essential kits were distributed to six states. Within 12 hours after the history Central Texas flash flood, LWR quilts and kits were in the hands of those who needed them most. Quilts were also sent to California after the fires.

Welcome to Carl Dahlstrom as our newest member to the church family.

Prayers for Randy Copeland as he heals from his recent knee replacement surgery.
