Easter message from our beloved Spiritual Father Jose Elmer I. Mangalinao, D. D ⛪️

Huwag kang susuko.

Sa pagiging mabuti.
Sa pagiging tapat.
Sa pananampalataya.
Sa paggawa ng tama.

Dahil bawat kabutihang pinipili mo…

you are living the Resurrection.

Kung may isang bagay kang dadalhin ngayong Easter, ito iyon:

Kung nabuhay si Kristo… may pag-asa ang buhay mo.

Maligayang Pasko ng Pagkabuhay.

Christ is risen. May pag-asa ka pa.

Easter Greetings from Bro. Sonny, MC Lay 🙏

Beloved Manus Christi Community,

Easter is a celebration of new beginnings—a reminder that no hardship, no struggle, and no darkness can overcome the power of God’s love. In the many years I have journeyed with Manus Christi, I have witnessed how this truth comes alive through each of you—in your resilience, your faith, and your unwavering commitment to serve.

There have been challenges along the way, but Easter teaches us that hope is always reborn. In every act of kindness, in every hand extended to those in need, we see the Risen Christ present among us. These moments affirm that we are truly Pilgrims of Hope, walking together toward a life filled with grace and purpose.

This Easter Sunday calls us to deepen our dedication to a 𝓵𝓲𝓯𝓮 𝓸𝓯 𝓼𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓬𝓮. We do not walk alone—Christ goes before us, leading us toward justice, peace, and love.

As taught in 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝟐𝟓:𝟑𝟓–𝟒𝟎, we serve others as if serving Him. This remains the heart of our mission. Our vision to 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓴, 𝓼𝓹𝓮𝓪𝓴, 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓪𝓬𝓽 𝓵𝓲𝓴𝓮 𝓙𝓮𝓼𝓾𝓼 calls us to embody His love in all that we do.

As we celebrate the Resurrection, may we hold fast to hope and continue our journey with renewed faith—so that our lives may truly reflect the hands of the Risen Christ reaching out to a world in need.

Easter Greetings from Frt. Francis, MC Rel ✝️

Dearest Manus Christi,

At the heart of Easter is the triumph of life over death, hope over despair, and light over darkness. As we celebrate the Resurrection of Christ, we are reminded that every pilgrimage we take—no matter how uncertain or burdensome—leads us toward renewal and encounter with the Risen Lord.

As “Pilgrims of Hope,” our journey as Manus Christi is rooted in our commitment to a 𝓵𝓲𝓯𝓮 𝓸𝓯 𝓼𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓬𝓮. Like the disciples on the road to Emmaus, we may at times feel weary or lost, yet Easter assures us that Christ walks with us—revealed in every act of love, in every moment of service, and in every heart that continues to believe.

The Resurrection calls us not only to rejoice, but to be transformed. Guided by the words of 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝟐𝟓:𝟑𝟓–𝟒𝟎, we are invited to encounter the Risen Christ in “the least of these”—by feeding the hungry, welcoming the stranger, and caring for those in need. In doing so, we become living witnesses of Easter.

With renewed faith, let us continue to 𝓽𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓴, 𝓼𝓹𝓮𝓪𝓴, 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓪𝓬𝓽 𝓵𝓲𝓴𝓮 𝓙𝓮𝓼𝓾𝓼. United as 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐓, may we carry the joy of the Resurrection into the world, becoming true bearers of hope, compassion, and love.

Walking Together, Sent Forth in Grace | Serviam Boys Choir 🪽

As the Serviam Boys Choir gathered with their parents and guardians for the final meeting of the school year at the Manus Christi Central Apostolic House, the day opened in a spirit of solemn grace through the Via Crosses—the 14 Stations of the Cross. In this sacred moment, we were invited to walk closely with Christ in His suffering, offering our own journeys, sacrifices, and hopes in quiet prayer.

Carrying this spirit of communion, the parents generously offered their time and strength in clearing and preparing the dormitory. Through general cleaning and even repairing lockers and cabinets, their quiet acts of service became a reflection of love—simple yet profound expressions of care for the mission of Manus Christi.

After sharing a meal together, the afternoon was devoted to revisiting the Guidelines and Disciplinary Actions for the coming school year. These were carefully explained to ensure clarity, unity, and a shared sense of responsibility moving forward. General announcements then followed, keeping everyone informed and grounded as one community of Manus Christi.

As the day gently came to a close, our goodbyes were not merely an ending, but a sending forth. In this season of parting, we entrust one another to God’s loving care, believing that the same Lord who has sustained us throughout the year will continue to guide, protect, and provide. May this break be a time of deep rest—not only for the body, but for the soul—a time to encounter God in stillness, in family, and in the quiet rhythms of everyday life.

Though we go our separate ways for now, we remain united in prayer, in mission, and in the love of Christ who binds us all. Until we meet again, may His grace go before us, His peace dwell within us, and His light lead us always. 🤍

You filled my days with kindness, my challenges with encouragement, and my heart with memories that I will always treasure.

What seemed like ordinary moments became soulful memories because they were shared with wonderful people like you.

Though the journey passed so quickly, the friendships, laughter, prayers, and simple moments we shared will remain with me. You have truly made this experience meaningful, life-giving, and unforgettable.

Thank you for being part of my journey, for filling my heart, and for helping keep my soul alive with joy and gratitude.

With hearts filled with gratitude, the Manus Christi family warmly welcomed Bishop Elmer Mangalinao during his visit as the Spiritual Father of Manus Christi in California, USA.

His presence among the community was a profound grace, a moment of thanksgiving and spiritual renewal. It served as a gentle reminder of the mission entrusted to Manus Christi: 𝒕𝒐 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.

In this gathering of faith and fellowship, the community was encouraged to continue living the spirit of Manus Christi with deeper commitment, embracing a life of service and love for God and neighbor. May this grace-filled encounter strengthen every member of our family to remain faithful to the mission and to become true witnesses of Christ in the world. ✝️

In the spirit of this holy Lenten season, the community gathered earlier today at the 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 for a day dedicated to prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal. Parents and members of the Serviam Boys Choir came together for a simultaneous Lenten recollection, a meaningful opportunity to pause from daily routines and refocus their hearts on Christ.

The day began in the early morning with the celebration of the Holy Mass at St. Isidore Labrador Quasi-Parish, grounding the entire recollection in the Eucharist — the source and summit of our Christian life. After sharing breakfast together, the participants prayerfully walked through the 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬, meditating on the Passion of our Lord and deepening their understanding of Christ’s sacrificial love.

The recollection proper then followed, with separate sessions for the parents and the Serviam Boys Choir members. These moments of formation and reflection allowed each member in our community to grow more deeply in faith, responsibility, and commitment to Christian service. The gathering concluded with a shared lunch and the community’s monthly meeting.

Moments like these reflect the mission of Manus Christi — forming faithful disciples, strengthening families in the faith, and nurturing young servants of the Church who strive to live as true 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵 in the world. ✝️

Yesterday was a beautiful reminder of what it truly means to be the hands of Christ. The Manus Christi Central Apostolic House gathering began with the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, grounding our hearts in prayer and gratitude, followed by the celebration of the Holy Mass — the source and summit of our mission.

From sharing a simple lunch, to laughter-filled program and games, and heartfelt gift giving, every moment reflected joy rooted in love.

In a special way, we celebrate Mire Dazeff Dj P. Gumiran, who chose to mark his birthday not for himself, but by conducting an outreach and celebrating with the children. A life poured out for others is the most meaningful celebration of all.

Happy Birthday, Br. Mire! May your generosity continue to inspire us to live out the mission of Manus Christi — to serve, to love, and to give Christ to others. 🤍

Yesterday in Cabanatuan City, the Manus Christi gathered as one family for a meaningful Lenten Recollection — a day set apart for prayer, renewal, and deeper encounter with the Lord.

The recollection began with arrival and registration at 7:30 AM, welcoming everyone with open hearts. At 8:30 AM, they prayed the Holy Rosary together, entrusting the whole day to God through Our Blessed Mother. By 9:00 AM, the recollection formally begins — a sacred space to pause, reflect, and realign our lives with Christ this Lenten season.

After a short health break, everyone shared moments of joy through icebreakers and games, strengthening the bond that unites us as one community. Then came the recollection proper, allowing the Lord to speak to us more deeply.

With the theme 𝘏𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘚𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘏𝘰𝘮𝘦, Br. Jam introduced the Manus Christi community and its departments, sharing glimpses of past activities at the Central Apostolic House — reminders of how this mission continues to become a home for many. Br. Geri facilitates the recollection proper, guiding us to reflect on repentance, renewal, and our call to love and serve more faithfully this Lent.

This recollection reminded us that in Manus Christi, we are more than participants — we are family. By living out our mission of 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐦—to serve Christ in others, we truly find our home, where faith, love, and community come together. 🏡🙏
