🌿 Key Bible Verses About the Sabbath

1. Remember the Sabbath
Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.( Exodus 20:8)
👉 This reminds us that the Sabbath is a special, holy day set apart for God.

2. A Day of Rest
Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God.( Exodus 20:9–10)
👉 God calls us to rest from our work and focus on Him.

3. Made for Our Good
The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.( Mark 2:27)
👉 The Sabbath is a blessing meant to refresh and restore us.

4. A Delightful Day
If you call the Sabbath a delight then you shall delight yourself in the Lord.(Isaiah 58:13–14)
