CORNERSTONE | SUNDAY UPDATE

Due to storm impacts in our community, Sunday School and worship are canceled tomorrow, October 11.

We’re praying for everyone affected. As we recover, let’s check on one another, care for our neighbors, and look for opportunities to show the love of Christ.

If you need assistance, please contact Pastor Eric or message us here so we can help coordinate support.

We love you, church family, and look forward to gathering again soon.

⚠️ CORNERSTONE FAMILY | HURRICANE UPDATE

Dear Cornerstone Family,

With Hurricane Isaias approaching, we want to keep you informed about our plans for this Lord’s Day.

Our intention is to gather for worship Sunday at 10:30 AM at Sims Middle School, provided conditions are safe and the facility remains available. We are also making contingency plans should we need to worship at another location.

We will provide another update by Saturday afternoon as we continue assessing the situation.

In the meantime, please make the necessary preparations to keep yourselves and your families safe. And if you find yourself in need of assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are a church family, and caring for one another is part of who we are.

Above all, let us pray for God’s protection over our families, neighbors, and community, and look for opportunities to demonstrate the love of Christ to those around us.

What does a healthy church look like? God has given us the blueprint!

Join us tomorrow at Cornerstone as we begin Church by the Book, a seven-week journey through Titus exploring how the gospel shapes our faith, our lives, and our church.

We’ll also observe the Lord’s Supper, remembering Christ’s sacrifice and celebrating his saving grace.

As we approach the beginning of another quarter, we celebrate what God is doing at Cornerstone and look forward with gratitude and anticipation to what comes next!

🏖️🌎 From our local beaches to the nation of Brazil, the Lord has opened doors for our young church plant to share the gospel with neighbors, families, and students.

Christ is building his church and sending us with his good news—from our neighborhoods to the nations!
