✨ OUR FINAL TWO BREAKOUT LEADERS — AND EDIFY IS NEXT WEEK! ✨

We’ve loved introducing you to the women who will be leading breakout sessions at this year’s Edify Women's Conference , and today we’re excited to introduce our FINAL TWO breakout leaders — Jennifer Ruiz Duncan and Kristin O'Bryan!💕

🌿 JENNIFER DUNCAN | CREATED FOR THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY

Jennifer Duncan serves as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor, Women’s Ministry and Missions Director at First Baptist Church in Chipley, Florida. She is a graduate of the Baptist University of Florida and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and is passionate about the local church, equipping women to grow in their faith, and mobilizing the church for missions.

Jennifer and her husband, Caleb, recently celebrated ten years of marriage and are raising their two children, Hunt and Hope. One of her favorite quotes comes from missionary C.T. Studd: “Only one life, ’twill soon be past, Only what’s done for Christ will last.” She desires to live her life with that reality in mind.

In Created for the Work of the Ministry, Jennifer will remind us that every woman has been uniquely created and gifted by God to participate in His work.

Whether God has placed you in the home, the church, the workplace, or the community, He has given you gifts, influence, and opportunities that can be used for His Kingdom. This session will encourage women to confidently embrace a life of faithful service, recognize how God has equipped them for ministry, and make much of Christ right where He has placed them.

🤍 KRISTIN O’BRYAN | CREATED TO HOPE IN THE MIDST OF LOSS

Kristin O’Bryan is the founder and Executive Director of The Gathering Garden, a Christ-centered nonprofit born from her and her husband Jay’s journey through infertility, adoption, and the loss of their daughter, Ada-Grace.

Through seasons of waiting and heartbreaking loss, Kristin has experienced God’s faithfulness even when trusting Him was hard. She is currently studying at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and her heart is to walk alongside others through life’s hardest seasons—reminding them that God is near, their grief is seen, and hope can still grow.

Loss can take many forms—the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, security, or even the future we thought our lives would hold.

In Created to Hope in the Midst of Loss, Kristin will help women wrestle honestly with those difficult places while looking to the unchanging character of God. Together, we’ll discover what it means to anchor our hope in Christ when everything around us feels uncertain and walk away with practical, Christ-centered tools for holding onto hope.

Not because life suddenly becomes easy—but because **our hope has always been found in Him.**

It’s hard to believe, but the Edify Women's Conference is NEXT WEEK! 💕 As we count down the final days, we’re excited to introduce two more of the women who will be leading breakout sessions designed to help us grow in God’s Word and faithfully live out the purpose He has given us.

🌿 REGINA MOFFATT | Living on Purpose

Regina serves as part of the Women’s Ministry at IBC and is also involved in student, kids, missions, and foster and adoption ministries. She and her husband, Scott, have been at IBC for four years and have five children.

Regina is passionate about helping others grow in their walk with the Lord and in His truth. When she isn’t serving, you can usually find her cheering on her kids, playing or watching sports, or traveling with her family—especially anywhere there are mountains!

Have you ever reached the end of the day and thought, “Where did my day go?”

Our lives are full of demands, distractions, responsibilities, and even good things competing for our attention. In Regina’s breakout, we’ll look at the life of Jesus and discover what it means to live intentionally—with God and with the people He places around us.

Intentional living isn’t necessarily about doing more. It’s about becoming more aware of God, more attentive to others, and more purposeful with the time He has given us. Even in our busiest seasons, we can choose to walk closely with Him and love the people around us well.

👑 ADRIENNE | Created for Leadership: Lead From Design Not Duty

Adrienne lives in DeFuniak Springs and is the founder and director of Grace Collective Women’s Ministry, a community-wide ministry created to support women throughout the different stages of their faith journeys.

She also serves as the Worship Leader and a Women’s Sunday School teacher at Gaskin First Baptist Church. Professionally, Adrienne is a leadership and mindset coach and business owner, but her favorite titles are wife and mom. She and her husband, Clint, have been married for 29 years and have an 18-year-old son.

And if you spend much time around Adrienne, there’s a good chance she’ll be singing something, talking about her dog Ike, or admitting that maybe she isn’t quite the city girl she once thought she was. 😊

In her breakout, Adrienne will help women discover how God’s design for us includes purposeful influence in every sphere of life.

Together, we’ll explore what it looks like to lead from our identity in Christ rather than from obligation—embracing leadership as part of God’s calling and design instead of viewing it as simply one more responsibility on an already-full list.

Whether you lead in your home, your workplace, your church, your friendships, or your community, this session will encourage you to recognize the influence God has already entrusted to you and use it faithfully for His glory.

We’re excited to introduce two more of our breakout session leaders for the Edify Women's Conference ! These sessions will encourage women to see the purpose God has placed in both our service and our everyday work—and to faithfully use what He has given us for His glory.

⛪ **AMBER | CREATED TO SERVE IN THE CHURCH**

Amber is a devoted wife, mom, and friend who has been married to her husband, Brian, for 19 years. Together, they are raising Bailey Grace and Tyler—and often a van full of neighborhood kids along the way!

An active member of IBC since 2020, Amber serves through Women’s Ministry, Bible study, and Kids’ Ministry. Her outgoing, fun-loving personality, along with the hardships she has walked through, has given her a passion for connecting with others, sharing life honestly, and encouraging women in their faith.

In her breakout, Created to Serve in the Church, Amber will help us dive into God’s Word for a deeper understanding of what biblical service really looks like. Women will be encouraged to recognize the abilities God has given them and inspired to use those gifts in faithful service to Him and His church.

Whether you already know where God is calling you to serve or you’re still trying to discover how He can use you, this session will remind us that every believer has a place and a purpose in the body of Christ.

🌿 **ASHLIE | Created for Work and Vocation**

Ashlie serves on the Women’s Ministry Team and in various leadership roles within the Children’s Ministry at IBC. She and her husband, Lewis, have been members of IBC for nine years and are raising five daughters.

Ashlie is passionate about teaching biblical truth and extending God’s love to every generation. Her greatest joy is seeing lives transformed through the power of God’s Word. Whether discipling women or nurturing young hearts, she desires to help others grow in faith and confidently walk in their God-given calling.

In her breakout session, Ashlie will remind us that God created each of us with purpose and meaningful work to do.

Whether our work happens in the workplace, within our homes, through motherhood, ministry, or even during seasons of transition, our work matters to God. Together, women will discover how to embrace their unique calling, find purpose in the ordinary, and faithfully serve Christ wherever He has placed them.

We’re excited to introduce two more breakout session leaders for the Edify Women & Teen Conference! Each breakout is designed to encourage, equip, and point women back to the truth of God’s Word as we seek to grow in Christ and edify one another.

💍 SUSIE LEWIS | MARRIAGE

As a Christian women’s speaker and author, Susie Lewis loves encouraging and equipping women to go from wandering in life to living in wonder of God. Whether speaking at a retreat, leading a Bible study, or visiting over a cup of coffee, Susie inspires women to live with the joy and freedom found through a heart and mind committed to Jesus Christ.

Drawing from Genesis 2:18–25, Susie’s breakout will explore God’s divine design for marriage and the unique and beautiful role He created women to fulfill within it.

Women will discover the godly position, power, and privilege of a wife in a Christ-centered marriage and how God designed her to be a source of strength, encouragement, and edification to her husband. This session will leave women inspired and equipped to embrace who God created them to be, strengthen their marriage, and use their God-given influence to glorify Christ.

🤝 CHELSEA DYE | BIBLICAL COMMUNITY

Chelsea Dye is the wife of Pastor Ray Dye of Ferris Hill Baptist Church, a full-time accountant, and a women’s ministry leader with a heart for encouraging women to grow in their walk with Christ. She and Ray are raising their three daughters—Lilly, Gracie, and Cammy—while faithfully serving the Lord and His church together.

Inspired by Hebrews 10:24–25, Chelsea is passionate about reminding women that God did not create us to walk through life alone.

In her breakout, Chelsea will help women look at what it means to build intentional, Christ-centered friendships that go beyond surface-level connection. Together, they’ll discover how biblical community helps us grow in faith, speak truth in love, encourage one another, and spur one another on toward love and good works in every season of life.
