Hi ladies! Hope all of you are well. In these times of uncertainty it would be very easy to become anxious and fearful. I’m currently reading this book by Robert J Morgan that addresses that very thing. Working through Ohillipians 4:4-9, Dr. Morgan helps us navigate the worry and anxiety that sometimes creeps up in our lives. I highly recommend this book. I’ve had this book for so long I don’t even remember where I got. But you can probably find it on line.

Well ladies, by this time we had hoped that this virus thing would be winding down. However, all predictions are that it is still going to get worse before it gets better. In light of that, we have decided to forgo our 2020 CCBA Women’s Event. We just don’t feel it would be logistically possible to social distance enough to meet together at this time. But please, put September 11, 2021, on your calendars now, and trust that we’ll be able to be together then.

Ladies... be sure to add our CCBA Women’s Event to your church calendars: Saturday, September 7, 2019, FBC Ozark, 9:00 am to noon. Our speaker will be Kelli Lawrence from FBC Grapevine, Texas, and the ladies ensemble from FBC Ozark will be leading us in worship. Please help us spread the word.
