⚠️ EVERY OPEN DOOR ISN’T GOD’S DIRECTION.

Some roads don’t look dangerous.

They look easier.
They make sense.
They feel comfortable.
They may even give you exactly what you wanted.

And that’s what makes discernment necessary.

The enemy doesn’t always have to put a roadblock in front of you. Sometimes, all he needs is a road that looks close enough to God’s will that you stop asking God for directions.

Your feelings can say GO.
Your friends can say GO.
The opportunity can look perfect.
Everything can appear to be falling into place…

and God can still be saying, “That’s not the way.”

Don’t confuse what seems right with what is righteous.

Before you choose the path, check the destination. 👣

📖 “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”
Proverbs 14:12

Sometimes obedience means walking away from the road that makes the most sense because you trust the One who can already see where it ends.

📦 You’ll check the tracking number 15 times because it says, “It’s on the way.”

You haven’t seen the package.
You haven’t heard the knock.
But you’re expecting it because you trust the information you received.

So what happens when God says it’s coming?

Habakkuk 2:3 reminds us that the vision is for an appointed time. And though it seems delayed, the instruction is simple: WAIT FOR IT.

Delay doesn’t mean denial.
Silence doesn’t mean God changed His mind.
And waiting doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

If God said it, keep your expectation. 🙌🏽

You may not hear the knock yet…
but keep checking the door. 👀🔥

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time… though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come…”
— Habakkuk 2:3 KJV

🌊 THE OVERFLOW

We had Youth Sunday yesterday, and if you missed it… WE GOTCHU! 👀🔥

Here’s the message in one sentence:

THE BIBLE IS RIGHT… AND SOMEBODY IS WRONG. 📖💥

Not our opinions. Not what’s popular. Not what “everybody else is doing.” The Word is still the Word.

So run it back with us, because Youth Sunday had something to SAY! 🗣️

DON’T LET LIFE OUTSHOUT YOUR PRAISE. 🗣️🔥

“I will bless the Lord at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” — Psalm 34:1

Not just when He answers.
Not just when it turns around.
Not just when you understand.

AT. ALL. TIMES.

If I’m waiting, I’ll praise Him.
If I’m weeping, I’ll praise Him.
If I’m winning, I’ll praise Him.
If I’m walking through what I prayed to avoid, I’LL STILL PRAISE HIM.

Because praise was never supposed to be a response to perfect circumstances.

It’s a response to a PERFECT GOD. 🙌🏽🔥

So whatever today brings…

LET PRAISE BE LOUDER. 🗣️

Stop waiting to have it all figured out before you move.

Some steps will have to be taken without knowing what comes after them.

You won’t always have the answers.
You won’t always understand the timing.
You won’t always see how God is going to make it work.

But uncertainty doesn’t mean stop.

Proverbs 3:5 says, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”

In other words:

God, I don’t understand enough to explain this road… but I trust You enough to keep walking it. 👣

Move with what He’s given you.
Trust Him with what He hasn’t shown you yet. 🤍🔥

Don’t drop your guidon. 🚩

When God says move, wave it.
When the road requires you to press, wave it.
And when He tells you to wait, keep it lifted.

Because a guidon does more than signal that a people are advancing. It identifies who they are and who they belong to.

So whether we’re marching forward or standing still, our banner is still speaking:

We belong to Jesus.
We move in His name.
We stand under His authority.
And we are not coming alone.

The guidon doesn’t just tell the enemy we’re coming.

It tells him WHO WE’RE COMING WITH. 🔥

“In the name of our God we will set up our banners.” — Psalm 20:5

You were never meant to pour from an empty cup. 🤍

Sometimes we become so focused on being used by God that we forget we are first loved by God. Before the calling, before the serving, before pouring into everyone else, we are His children.

Psalm 23:5 says, “My cup runneth over.”

The people around you were never supposed to survive on your last drop. Let the Father fill you, restore you, strengthen you, and love on you until what you give comes from the overflow.

Daughter first. Son first. Servant second.
Before there can be an overflow, there has to be an infilling. 🤍

BE AN ENCOURAGER. 🤍🌱

The world has enough voices pointing out what’s wrong. Be the voice that reminds your brother or sister of what God said.

Strengthen the weary. Speak life to the discouraged. Celebrate someone else’s victory. Remind them of who they are when they’ve forgotten.

Sometimes the person beside you doesn’t need a sermon. They just need someone to say, “Keep going. I see what God is doing in you.”

📖 “Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another…” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11

The Overflow isn’t only about what God pours into us. It’s about what pours OUT of us into one another. 💧

Let your overflow be encouragement.
Someone around you may need it more than you know. 🤍
