I wanted to highlight some improvements that have been done to McCoy Cemetery. We are ready for Memorial Day at both cemeteries! A shout out to Janet and Stuart Baker for donating the sandblasting and painting of the gate at McCoy. We have a wider gate at the back now. The north wall has been repaired. We had our sign painted last year like it was originally!
Prospect and McCoy cemeteries survive only on donations so, please remember to help out. We will have someone sitting at Prospect Thursday through Monday. We have a PayPal account or you can use the Dropbox at each cemetery or mail a check to Prospect/McCoy Cemeteries to P O Box 103, Ozark, MO 65721.
The board is very grateful to each one that donates and several do every year!

Dear Friends and Supporters of the Prospect/McCoy Cemetery Association,

We recently conducted a closed bid process for the lawn maintenance services at both Prospect and McCoy cemeteries. We want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who took the time and effort to submit their bids.

The response we received was overwhelming, and we are truly thankful for the interest and support shown by our community. Each bid was carefully reviewed and considered, and we appreciate the competitive rates and the commitment to maintaining our sacred grounds.

After much deliberation, we have selected a bid that we believe will provide the best service for our cemeteries. While we could only choose one provider, we want to emphasize that every single bid was valuable and contributed to our decision-making process.

To all those who submitted bids but were not selected, please know that your efforts are not forgotten. We are grateful for your willingness to serve our community and help preserve the beauty and dignity of our cemeteries. Your support means the world to us, and we hope you will continue to be a part of our mission in other ways.

The Prospect/McCoy Cemetery Association needs your help! We're seeking reliable lawn maintenance services for the 2024 season at Prospect Cemetery and McCoy Cemetery in Ozark, MO.

**Services include:**

* Blowing off headstones
* General brush cleanup (picking up limbs, etc.)

📅 Prospect/McCoy Association Meeting - August 1st, 7:00 PM at McCoy Cemetery 📍
