Christ Church Oyster Bay

Christ Church Oyster Bay Founded in 1705, Christ Church is the Episcopal Parish in Oyster Bay. Our current Rector is Father Michael Piret.

The most famous parishioners of Christ Church was President Theodore Roosevelt. Members of the famous family are memorialized in colorful carved wall plaques in the church. Christ Church is one of a small number of churches in the United States with a history of 300 years.

On Saturday, members of Christ Church joined The First Presbyterian Church of Oyster Bay and St. John's Church, Cold Spring Harbor for a Habitat for Humanity of Long Island house build in Wyandanch. Doors were hung, siding was installed and holes were caulked! Thanks to all who joined!
