Happy Sunday! What a wonderful and spirit-filled day at St. Mark today! We were honored to welcome the Mayor of Forest Heights, Mayor Troy Barrington Lilly, who blessed Pastor Jonathan Davis and the St. Mark church family with a Certificate of Appreciation recognizing the church’s devoted service, spiritual support, and continued partnership with the Town of Forest Heights. St. Mark is grateful for this meaningful recognition and remain committed to serving God and our community with love, faith, and purpose.

Happy Sunday! It was truly a blessed and joyful day at St. Mark today. The Spirit was high, the fellowship was uplifting, and the message delivered by Pastor Jonathan Davis spoke directly to us all. We were especially grateful to witness a beautiful baptism — a powerful reminder of faith, renewal, and commitment. Moments like this remind us of the goodness of God. Praise the Lord!

Praise the Lord, everybody! Yesterday’s worship service was truly a blessing as we gathered in gratitude and reflection following Independence Day. Pastor Jonathan Davis delivered a powerful and timely message titled “Freedom to Worship,” reminding us that our greatest liberty is found in Christ and our ability to freely praise His Name.

The service was filled with spirit-led worship, uplifting songs, and a renewed appreciation for the freedoms we often take for granted. We thank God for the opportunity to come together and be reminded that true freedom begins with a surrendered heart.

VBS Day4 - Closing Program
Happy Day 4 — the final evening of Illumination Station VBS 2026—we give thanks for a truly joyful and enriching week. Each night was filled with learning, fellowship, and delicious dinners that brought us together as one community.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all of our students for their enthusiasm and participation, to our dedicated teachers for their guidance and care, and to our faithful volunteer helpers whose service made this experience possible. A special word of gratitude goes to our Superintendent, Rev. Wendy Brown, for her outstanding leadership and commitment. Well done to everyone who helped make this year’s Vacation Bible School a shining success!

VBS Day3
Wonderful time was had during Day 3 of Vacation Bible School, and the energy has been incredible all week long. From uplifting lessons to joyful fellowship, our children and adults are learning, growing, and truly enjoying this time together. Each evening, dinner has been delicious as well.

Tomorrow is our final day, and we will celebrate with our Closing Program—you do not want to miss it. Bring a friend and be part of this special experience as we finish strong.

VBS Day2
Vacation Bible School Day 2 was a joyful success! Today our children and adults learned, worshiped, played, and grew in God’s Word together. We’re so thankful for every student, volunteer, and teacher helping make this week so special. Join us tomorrow for another exciting day of faith, fun, and fellowship at VBS! Bring a friend! Remember, dinner is served each evening at 6pm; followed by classes for all ages.

VBS Day1
We kicked off Vacation Bible School today at St. Mark — right in the midst of the storms — and what a blessing it was to still gather together. We are truly grateful for everyone who came out and made Day 1 so special despite the weather.

We invite you to join us again for Day 2 tomorrow! Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m., and classes will begin at 7:00 p.m. All ages are welcome — so bring your family, friends, and neighbors, and come ready for another evening of fellowship, learning, and fun.

Happy Father's Day! Today at St. Mark, we honored and celebrated all the faithful fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures in our church. In Pastor Jonathan Davis' absence, Rev. David Robinson preached a powerful Father's Day message! Let’s lift up our fathers today and always!
