💕”One Sunday each month, Latter-day Saints observe a “fast” day. On this day, we [are encouraged to] neither eat nor drink for two consecutive meals. We are also asked to contribute money that they would have spent on food for those meals to the Church, which, through its welfare system, uses to care for those in need.”-

💕Our congregation is also given the opportunity to share their testimonies every Fast Sunday.
