Having served the Oxford community for almost 150 years, we are blessed to be a lighthouse in this community. The Villages has grown up around us, an

d many young families are moving into the area, therefore we believe that God has sent us an incredible mission field. We are here to reach the surrounding community with the gospel and to disciple believers in their faith. VISION
We want to help young families grow in a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. In addition to Sunday School, we have several small groups available and are looking to continue growing and expanding our ministries. We also provide Children's Church during our Sunday morning worship, and we are blessed to have a Deaf Ministry which includes interpretation for all services and Sunday School and Wednesday evening classes for our Deaf members. BELIEFS
We believe that God sent His Son to die on the cross for our sins. If you believe in Jesus Christ as your savior, and repent of your sins, God will forgive you, and you will be restored to fellowship with God and will live for all eternity with Him. For a more in-depth look at our beliefs, please refer to the Baptist Faith and Message of the Southern Baptist Convention. We do support the Southern Baptist Convention, Florida Baptist Convention, and the Sumter Baptist Association.

Chess Club meets tonight!

♘ Calling all chess players or those who want to learn the game of chess!

♘ We meet every other Sunday (tonight) from 4:00-6:00pm in Room 1 of our Family Life Center.

♘ All ages and all skill levels are welcome.

♘ Instruction will be available, if needed.

Feel free to bring a board and a clock if you have one.

Hello Church Family!

➡️We need your voice!⬅️
FBCOxford is presenting Night of Worship and Hymn Sing!
Our desire is to have a full choir and band. We will be singing a combination of traditional and contemporary hymns as well as scripture readings.

We are looking for singers and those interested in reading scripture. Rehearsals will begin in September. Come be a part of a powerful night of worship. 🙌
