Friends and Neighbors,
After 29 years of serving and administering to the Oxford Area community, Community of Love Lutheran Church will be closing their doors as of May 4, 2025. This was a tough decision to make; however, due to low membership and funds, it is not possible to continue. Our little church has shared God's love and cared for our neighbors through many years of providing Thanksgiving baskets, participating in the Relay for Life and Crop Walks, delivering soup for “Souper Bowl” Sunday, working with Neighborhood Services and most recently providing clothing at our “boutique” - just to name a few. Thank you to all of our supporters, members and friends who made this all possible. We would like to invite the community to our final service on Sunday, May 4th, at 2:00 PM located at 117 N. Fourth Street.
