Pastor Wes Jones dreamed of planting a church with a mission and a purpose that is derived from and driven by the heart of God- “Love God. On August 12, 2012, weekly leadership meetings were moved to the Hilton Garden Inn due to the need for a bigger and more conducive setting. That is where the first pre-launch service was held on August 26th with 60 people in attendance. Fellowship Church is a name that was dropped into Pastor Wes’ spirit after reading 1 John 1:3 "We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you may also have fellowship with us. In the Greek, fellowship is koinonia. This means, “Communion by intimate participation.” Fellowship Church is a place where people can make a genuine connection with others that will eventually lead to a lasting relationship with Christ. OUR VISION:
Fellowship Church is a church that is Christ centered and Holy Spirit led. It’s a place where Biblically sound preaching and teaching are done in excellence. We aim to reach those that are hurting and discouraged by living, laughing, learning, and loving together. It’s a place where discipleship is strongly encouraged and practiced. No matter how large we may get in number, we want to always be a place where you can feel that everyone knows your name.
