If you don't have a church family to gather with, come join us for worship as we spend time studying God's Word in Sunday School and then continue to walk together through the book of Ephesians. Tomorrow Pastor Reed will exhort us from Ephesians 5:15-21: Holy Walk, pt. 4, "Different." This week's question to consider is: "Are we known for thinking differently?"

We'd love to see you in Sunday School! There's a place for everyone! Each class will be beginning new studies this week, below are the descriptions from Lifeway to learn more.

Kids (Preschool-5th grade)-use The Gospel Project and are starting- The Son Has Truth: Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came into the world full of grace and truth. He alone is the way, the truth, and the life. Throughout His earthly ministry, Jesus taught truth, revealed powerful truth through miracles, and invited others through the new covenant to trust in the gospel truth that would set them free from sin and death.

Youth-use Explore the Bible and are starting to study Genesis, Ruth, 1-2 Samuel, 1 Chronicles, Psalms, and 1-2 Corinthians:
• In Genesis, we will revisit God’s promise to bless the world through Abraham’s descendants.
• Ruth will remind us that the Lord is our Provider and that all people can be accepted into His family through faith.
• In the books of 1-2 Samuel and 1 Chronicles, we will learn about Saul’s failure as king, and God’s promise to David—a promise ultimately fulfilled in Christ.
• The Psalms will show us that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted.
• 1-2 Corinthians emphasizes our unity in Christ, the good news of Christ’s resurrection, and our call to help others be reconciled to God

Men's Class & Women's Class (18+)- are both using Explore the Bible and are beginning a study in Romans. We live in a world defined by sound bites and social media posts. While brevity can be a good thing, our obsession with what’s temporary also runs the risk of trading genuine substance for empty cliches. In his letter to the Christians at Rome, Paul rejected flimsy theology. His systematic and logical explanation of the gospel left no doubt about the world’s need for a Savior and our responsibility as Christ followers. By studying his words to the Romans, we can gain a better understanding of who God is, what God does, and the impact it should have on our lives each day.

Senior Adults Class- uses Bible Studies for Life and will be discussing How God Speaks-Learn to discern God’s voice and follow Christ with clarity and confidence. The Beauty of Forgiveness-Understand that through faith in Jesus, we are forgiven, freed from guilt, and reshaped into people who extend forgiveness to others.
