GracePointe Wesleyan 1st through 5th graders put together 25 backpacks for Shiawassee County foster kids! They'll get those backpacks this week and start the school year off right. Thanks, GP kids!

GracePointe kids will be assembling blessing bags for our area homeless population during service on December 23. Adults, feel free to join us and see the awesome work our teachers do with your kids each week. See you there!

In collaboration with Angel Hands Outreach, Love Out Loud is collecting items for Blessing Bags to be distributed to Shiawassee County residents who are homeless. We need help with the following!

Gallon size Freezer Bags
Hats/Gloves(Adult & Child)
Fleece (to make scarves)
Socks (Adult & Child)
Travel Size Soap, Deodorant, Hand Sanitizer
Travel Wet Wipes
Toothbrushes/Toothpaste
Individual wrapped snacks
Monetary Donations (to purchase McDonald’s/Tim Horton’s cards)

Hey, GracePointe Wesleyan teens! During our meeting on November 18 we'll be packing birthday bags for Shiawassee County kids. These bags include a cake mix, candles, and birthday party supplies. They'll be distributed to a local high school because every person deserves a happy birthday! Plus, it's a great way to earn volunteer hours. See you then!

A head's up to all Corunna families! This is a great program!

The Corunna Public Schools will hold a food drive for our district-wide-backpack food progam beginning Thursday, November 1st through Tuesday, November 20th. Participating buildings will receive a special trophy to display for the remainder of the year.

Please see the flyer for requested items.

Also, any financial donation would be greatly appreciated. Checks may be made out to Corunna Public Schools and on the memo line write "Backpack Program". You may specify which building you would like the donation to be counted towards.

It is Great to be Gold and Great to Support the Corunna Cavaliers.

Mark your calendars! Trunk or Treat at GracePointe Wesleyan on Sunday, October 28 from 5-6 in the church’s front parking lot. (There is no Amp’d service that night). What we need from you:
* Candy donations.
* Your parked car (decorate for fun!) during the event and a smiling face while you pass out candy.
* A willingness to invite your neighbors!
