Position: Lead Teacher (Infant and Toddler opportunities)
Pay: $15–$17/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage a classroom environment
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
Ensure the safety, care, and development of all children
Supervise and support assistant teachers
Build strong relationships with children and families

Qualifications:

Must meet Michigan licensing requirements for Lead Teachers
Experience in early childhood education and working with infants
CDA, coursework, or willingness to complete required training
Passion for working with young children and strong leadership skills

The RJMM Team invites you to a conference-wide study series beginning March 22 as we learn together, reflect together, and explore faithful ways to oppose White Christian Nationalism.

This multi-month journey will include documentary discussions, a book study, and conversation with others from across the Mountain Sky Conference. Whether you attend every session or join when you can, you are welcome.

When: Fourth Sunday of each month at 4:30 p.m. MT
Note: In May, the gathering moves to the fifth Sunday (May 31) due to Memorial Day weekend
