The Scriptures
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to man, the infallible rule of faith and conduct, and is superior to conscience and reason, but not contrary to reason. (II Timothy 3:15-17; I Peter 1:23-25; Hebrews 4:12)
The One True God
We believe that there is only one true God, in essence and in person (Exodus 20:2-3; Deuteronomy 6:4),
who is manifested as Father in creation, Son in redemption and as the Holy Spirit that abides with those who trust him. New Birth is becoming a new creation in Jesus Christ. Through Jesus Christ, a sinner is cleansed, made a partaker of the Divine nature, and receives eternal life, the gift of God. New Birth is not brought about by culture, not by character, not by status, but wholly by the power of the Holy Spirit in connection with Divine Truth, in accordance with man’s faith and voluntary obedience to the Gospel of Christ. (John 1:29; 3:3-16; Acts 2:38; Galatians 3:13; Ephesians 2:8)
Baptism in Water
Water Baptism (by immersion) in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins identifies the believer with Jesus Christ, His death, burial and resurrection. The result is the death of the believer to sin, and personal resurrection to newness of life. Water baptism in Jesus’ Name is fundamental and essential to salvation through Jesus Christ. (Mark 16:16; John 3:5; Acts 2:38; 10:44; 19:6)
The Promise of Father
All believers are to receive the promise of the Father, the Baptism in the Holy Ghost and Fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. With it comes the endowment of power for life and service, the bestowment of the gifts and their uses in the work of the ministry. (Luke 24;49); Acts 1:4-8; I Corinthians 12:12-27). This wonderful experience is fundamental and an essential part of the New Birth experience (Acts 2:38; 10:44-46; 11;14-18; 15:7-9; 19:1-7; Romans 8:9). The Gifts of the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is manifested through a variety of gifts to build and sanctify the Church, demonstrate the reality of the Resurrection and confirm the power of Gospel. All believers are commanded to earnestly desire the manifestation of the gifts in their lives. These gifts always operate in harmony with the Scriptures and should never be used in violation of biblical parameters (romans 1;11;12:4-8; I Corinthians 12:1-31; 14:1-40; Ephesians 4:16; I Timothy 4:14; II Timothy 1:5-6; Hebrews2:4; I Peter 4:10). The Sanctified Life
Sanctification is the ongoing process of yielding to God’s word and His spirit in order to complete the development of Christ’s character in us. We strongly confess and affirm our belief in the keeping power of God; that believers are called to walk after the Spirit of God and not after the flesh; and that we are not to be conformed to this world but transformed by the renewing of the mind (Romans 8:1-5; 12:1-2; I Corinthians 6:9-12; II Corinthians 3:18; 6:14-18; Galatians 5:16-26: I Thessalonians 4:3; 5:23)
Total Prosperity
The Father’s will is that all believers become whole, healthy and successful in all areas of life, but because of the Fall, many may not receive the full benefits of God’s will while on Earth. That fact, should never prevent all believers from seeking the full benefits of Christ’s provisions in order to serve others. Spiritual prosperity- John 3:3, 11; II Corinthians 5:17, 21
B. Mental Prosperity- II Timothy 1:7; Romans 12:2; Isaiah 28:3
C. Physical Prosperity Isaiah 53:4-5; Matthew 8:17; I Peter 2:24
D. Financial Prosperity- III John 1:2; Malachi 3:10-11; Luke 6:38; II Corinthians
9:6-10; Deuteronomy 28:1-14. Social Prosperity – Proverbs 3:4.
