The road to a blessed life:

This Saturday from 11am-2pm. Come out and support the LHSM!

The Student Ministry will be hosting a BBQ Plate Fundraiser, Saturday, June 6, from 11am-2pm. You can order day of event, or preorder. The plates cost $12, they include a pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, potato salad, and a bottled water. All money goes to lowering the cost of Student Ministry summer trip. Plates will be in to go boxes, delivered to you in your vehicle in the parking lot. A big thank you to Andy & Jimbo Rhineburger for cooking the food!

We should never celebrate or take pride in any sinful behavior.
When we do, we will find ourselves in opposition to God and will stop the flow of His blessings and His favor in our lives and in our nation.

God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble. James 4:6.

Rather, we should remain humble and repentant.

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up. James 4:10.

He lifts us up to a place of right standing before Him, which produces in us the things we long for: love, joy, peace, wisdom, kindness and self-control.
