What. A. Summer. ☀️

It was busy. It was exhausting. It was full of laughter, late nights, countless miles, and memories we’ll never forget. Most importantly, we grew closer to God and closer to each other.

This summer was incredible because of our amazing teens and our two outstanding interns, Jay Hunt and Ally Hills.

Jay and Ally, thank you for pouring your hearts into this ministry. We know it isn’t easy to give up 10 weeks of your summer to serve alongside an old guy you had only met once and a group of teenagers you didn’t know. Yet you jumped in with both feet and made a lasting impact.

Because of your investment, this youth group is closer and most importantly closer to God.

We are so thankful for both of you and can’t wait to see how God continues to use you in the years ahead. You’ll always have a place in the OCR family. We love you both! ❤️

🪝What an incredible week at VBS🪝

Our Hooked on God VBS was a tremendous success, and it’s all because of so many amazing people.

Thank you to every volunteer, teacher, helper, parent, and child who made this week so special. Your time, generosity, prayers, and willingness to serve helped create an unforgettable week of growing closer to God.

We are so thankful for our church family and everyone who played a part in making VBS possible.

Thank you for making this year’s VBS one to remember. We already can’t wait for next year!
