St. Mary’s Catholic School & Sacred Heart Parish is seeking an Bookkeeper/ Office Assistant to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and service-minded who enjoys both working with people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This benefits eligible full-time position (30+ hours/week) combines welcoming front-office responsibilities with bookkeeping duties, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, filing, deposits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred. Experience with accounting software, Excel, or in a school, parish, or nonprofit setting is a plus.
