This morning we told the story about when Jesus was asleep in the boat. There was a HUGE storm and Jesus told the storm to be still and it was calm and peaceful. Our emotions will feel like a storm but if we ask Jesus to help our emotions to calm HE MOST CERTAINLY WILL 😃
