Dwayne showed just how well he knows his job today!

While completing his supply delivery route, he confidently walked through each step of the process, knowing exactly what needed to happen next. When asked if he likes his job, Dwayne smiled big and said, “Yes! I like being able to see new people and travel all over.”

Moments like this show what meaningful employment can build: confidence, skills and greater independence.

A big shoutout to Dwayne for his hard work and to his Job Coach, Brenda, for helping him develop the routine and skills to succeed. Way to go, Dwayne!
