The word Kaleo (pronounced "kal-eh'-o") is a Greek verb meaning "to call" and "to be called". We are a community of young adults 18 - 30 made up of students, non-students, full-time and part-time workers, seekers, skeptics, and individuals all striving to know and live in the truth of God.

Last night we learned that God’s design for s*x is not meant to take away our freedom, but to protect what is sacred.

We talked about how our culture asks, “What can I do?” while Scripture asks a deeper question:

Whose am I?

Our desires make good servants but terrible masters, and the choices we make today are shaping who we become tomorrow.

And even if your story includes regret, shame, or failure, the gospel reminds us:

You can be washed.
You can be sanctified.
You can be made new in Jesus.

“Glorify God in your body.” — 1 Corinthians 6:20

Tonight we kicked off TWISTED: When Love Gets Distorted❤️‍🔥

Culture tells us to follow our feelings, protect our peace, and do what feels right. But Jesus shows us a better way.

Growing up means letting God define love.

Real love is patient, kind, honest, and doesn’t always insist on getting its own way. And real maturity shows up in how we treat people.

The world has twisted love. Jesus shows us what it was always meant to be.

God has given each of us gifts—but they were never meant to stop with us.

This week, we were reminded that our gifts are an opportunity to care for people, provide for their needs, and truly see those God has placed around us.

When we use what God has given us with love and intentionality, we do more than serve—we help create a place where people can experience belonging, community, and the family of God.
