🎵 This Sunday, September 6th at our 10 am service, we welcome Kenneth Brown!
🎵Kenneth is a professional countertenor singer, violinist and he composes music. Kenneth is in his eighth year as an alto section leader in St. Michael's Choir. He originally started pursuing an professional career as a violinist at the University of Toledo 1996-1999, performing in the University of Toledo Symphony Orchestra as a principal 2nd violinist, then as a 1st violinist, before falling in love with singing countertenor solos during the same season and switched to becoming a voice major. From that moment on countertenor singing has become his career. He transferred to Lourdes College in Fall 1999 and graduated from there in Spring 2002. At Lourdes, Kenneth sang alto in their SATB chorus, and their Franciscan Singers SSA choir, going on their European Choral Tour, mid-July 2001. Kenneth also has sung in the University of Toledo's Opera Workshop as an countertenor, and has sung as a professional alto chorister at Trinity Episcopal from 1999-2018. Kenneth on many occasions has sung his countertenor voice on his compositions.
