☀️ What a beautiful, spirit-filled day we had today at Oswego First United Methodist Church!

We gathered outdoors to officially dedicate our new additional building—a space we know will be filled with hospitality, fellowship, and service to our community for years to come.

As we celebrated this new chapter, we also shared a deeply moving moment remembering Kevin Dix, whose vision and initiative put this project into motion. We were so incredibly honored to have the Dix family with us today as we celebrated the completion of the work Kevin began.

Thank you to everyone who came out, labored, and prayed to make this day possible. The building is open, and the ministry continues! ⛪️✨

In April, a group from the church celebrated Earth Month and National Volunteer Month by helping out at SUNY Rice Creek. They pulled weeds in the herb garden and raked up debris from trails. It was a beautiful day and they had a lot of fun! Thank you to Rice Creek for the donuts and cider!

Masterpiece or a mess? Survivor or struggler? 🎨🌪️

How you see yourself changes everything. But here is the real question: How does God see you?

Starting this Sunday, May 17th, we are launching a transformative five-week series from Pastor JD: "Who Do You Think You Are?"

We’re stripping away the labels the world gives us and uncovering our true identity in Christ—the person God designed and called you to be from the very beginning. Because when you finally know who you are, you’ll finally know what to do.

Join us for the journey:
