Veteran's plaque waiting to be mounted on grave, waiting for the Town of Scriba to declare this a Cemetery. Arlington National Memorial declared my property a family Cemetery after 5 Appeals Court Attorneys looked at the law and the plaque was granted. Now I have to take the Town of Scriba to Supreme Court to have property declared a Cemetery, and have this Cemetery registered in the national registry for Ron's grave to be protected. We have just completed the paper work to file the lawsuit against the Town of Scriba.
Ron thank you for our freedom. Christian and I will finish this fight and continue to honor you and you will have your Military plaque on your grave I promise.
