Elk Creek Lutheran Church

Elk Creek Lutheran Church After that building burned to the ground from a fire started by lightning in 1914, a new church was built and was fully finished in 1916.

Elk Creek Lutheran Church has a rich history extending back to the first services held in various schoolhouses and homes starting in 1876, and then in the first newly constructed church building in 1890. This is the same building we still gather in today.

🪏 🧤 Bring your own tools if you are able to. Work to be done includes raking, trimming , picking up debris, and whatever else would help honor the Saints laid to rest in this beautiful spot.

We will now be serving ✨BEFORE✨ church.
Please come hungry. All proceeds go to the Sunday School account which purchases curriculum, Bibles, Bible covers, VBS supplies and more for our students!
