Today the Church celebrates the birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Her nativity reminds us of God's loving plan of salvation and the hope that entered the world through her. May we follow Mary's example of faith and trust each day. Happy Birthday, Blessed Mother!

As we celebrate Labor Day, let us take a moment to recognize the dignity of every worker and the many ways their efforts help families, communities, and our church flourish. May we always value the work of every person, seek justice for all laborers, and give thanks for the opportunity to serve God through our daily work.

The Feast of the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary is this weekend! In ancient Israel, the king's mother was honored as the Queen Mother, and so we do the same with Mary today. Hail, Holy Queen!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our OLMC families and parish community, our annual School Supply Drive was a tremendous success. Together, we collected more than 500 pounds of school supplies, helping local students begin the school year equipped for success.

The donations filled an entire van from floor to ceiling with backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, lunch boxes, and other classroom essentials. Each item represents an opportunity for a child to start the school year with confidence and the tools needed to learn, grow, and thrive.

Your kindness and commitment to serving others continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families throughout our community. Thank you to everyone who donated, organized, transported, and supported this effort.
