CREW

We're a middle school youth group for students in 6th grade - 8th grade! Central Reformed Church- Oskaloosa! We are a group of teens in 6th to 9th grade!

During our nights, we engage in games, snacks, and lessons that seek to cultivate for students a deeper relationship with our Father in heaven! We meet Sundays at 6:30! Food, Fellowship, Games, and Life Living Together to better serve God in everyday life.

We had such a blast at the AWAKE conference this weekend! 3 leaders and 9 students made their way to Ottumwa for a short 24-hour encounter with our God through worship, sermons, and deep conversations in the car. We talked about lies that we tend to believe about ourselves, which tree we resemble with our faith in the Lord, and that we are all God-formed, God-breathed, God-placed, and God-purposed.

Because we spent the weekend here, we WILL NOT BE MEETING FOR CREW TONIGHT! We'll pick back up next week talking about mental health and the church!

We are so excited to be just a little over 24 HOURS AWAY from the AWAKE Conference this year, one of our most-favorite days in our entire youth group year!

Reminder to parents: we will meet at the church around 5:30 to pack and leave for the conference and return around 4:00 PM on Saturday afternoon!

We're ready for a great weekend with our students! Bring on No Limits!

Last night, James Hayward led the lesson for our students that was all about our King calling us to serve! We talked about ways that we've served others, and how others have served us and saw lots of student participation in reading Scriptures!

Just a reminder that we are now one month away from the AWAKE Conference, and we are so excited to spend that weekend with our group! If you have registered your student to attend, you can send your payment anytime over the next month.

We'll be back next Sunday for another lesson night, talking about how our Father has invited us to trust!
